CRM. Every client, case, and relationship in one place. Data from Salesforce and other sources syncs into structured Client Files. Call center. AI agents make outbound calls, send SMS, and deliver forms on your behalf. They follow scripts, collect structured answers, and bring everything back for you to review. Document storage. Medical records, intake forms, signed PDFs, emails — attached to the client they belong to. Saved directly from Outlook or uploaded manually. Review workflow. Everything Bob collects arrives as pending data. You review it, approve what’s accurate, and reject what isn’t. Approved values become the trusted record on the Client File. Nothing becomes official without your sign-off.
