Sign in

  1. Open the Bob app URL your organization provided.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter the 6-character verification code sent to your inbox. Check your spam.
No password — just the code. Codes expire quickly; check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

Review a job

When an agent finishes a call, SMS, or form, the job lands in your Review queue. Here’s how to work through it.
  1. Open Review in the sidebar.
  2. Click Filter → turn on Assigned to me to see your jobs. Use Job Status to narrow further (e.g., jobs in “review”).
  3. Click a job row to open it.
    If you click “Split” in the upper right hand corner of the review page, you can keep the table open while you review jobs. Also, try out “up” and “down” on your keyboard to navigate the table.
  4. In the intake section, you see pending data the agent captured alongside any existing trusted values.
  5. For each pending row:
    • Click Accept to promote it to trusted.
    • Click Ignore if trusted is already correct this capture is redundant/incorrect.
  6. Click Save Pending once all rows are addressed. This will automatically set the job’s status to processed.
Accepted values become trusted on the Client File. Ignored values clear without affecting trusted. If the case has SPDs (Surgeries/Procedures/Drugs), you can apply a value to all SPDs at once or add a new SPD directly from intake. See Common tasks — Apply to all SPDs for details.
If your Review queue is empty, no jobs have run yet — or they’ve already been processed. See Common tasks — Run outbound to generate a job.

Find a Client File

Open Client Files in the sidebar to browse your Client Files. Use Filter to narrow by project, assignee, or field values. Opening a Client File shows its full history and current trusted data.
