I can’t reach the app

Check your network connection and confirm you have the correct app URL. If the problem persists, contact your admin.

Session expired

Sign in again. Sessions expire after a period of inactivity.

Review and jobs

The Review page is slow or not loading

On Review, use filters to narrow the list: Filter → Assigned to me, Job Status, Project, or a date range. A large unfiltered queue can be slow to load.

A job isn’t showing up

Check your active filters — Assigned to me or Job Status may be hiding it. Click Clear all to reset.

Save Pending is unavailable

Accept or Ignore every pending row in intake before clicking Save Pending.

A job shows no pending rows but I expected captures

Either it’s already been reviewed or the agent didn’t capture anything. Check the job status and the transcript or messages section for context.

Outbound and calls

A call didn’t connect

  • Verify the phone number is correct
  • Confirm your org has telephony configured (ask your admin)

A call connected but there was no audio

This is typically a configuration issue. Contact your admin.

CRM updates

”Manual Salesforce updates not allowed from this environment”

Some environments restrict this for safety. Contact your admin.

Salesforce update failed

Common causes: incorrect field mapping, a permissions issue, or the Client File is locked. Check the error message and contact your admin if needed.

CRM data isn’t loading on a job

Ensure the Client File has a valid CRM ID. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact your admin.
